We have three different sized meals available.
Regular size: up to 600 cal. 100-125 grams of meats, carbs, and vegetables each.
Large: up to 1000 cal. 150-180 grams of meats, carbs, and vegetables each.
Family Package: We serve four regular sizes in a large container.
On each meal, there is a ”customized” section below the ingredients. You can select any of them. Also, you can write in the Remark section on each meal if you have any concerns or allergies or more customization. Also, for getting highly customize meal preparation check the customized plate page.
