You will have to be home to take delivery of your food or let us know about any arrangements or instructions you may have for us in writing. We have approximate delivery-time windows for each region, but unfortunately, we can not guarantee that we will deliver within this time window every time. Because from week to week our delivery route changes and traffic conditions are unpredictable, we may be earlier or later than expected. Our drivers will attempt to contact you before delivery. If you are not going to be home at that time, just let us know a safe place to leave your order and tell us how long it will take you to retrieve the meals.
